Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you bring cartons to my hostel or room?
Yes. The pickup team brings 5-ply cartons, bubble wrap, tape and markers, so you don't need to find boxes yourself.
Q: How do you stop my boxes getting mixed up in a shared container?
Each box is sealed and labelled with your name, consignment number, destination and box count (for example 2 of 6), and checked off against a list at delivery.
Q: Can I send my scooter along with a few boxes?
Yes. A two-wheeler plus a few boxes in the shared container is a common combination for students and staff leaving Udaipur.
