- Movement Order / Part II Orders: Official posting order copy issued by Army HQ / MS Branch / Naval Records / Air Force HQ.
- Travelling Allowance Claim Form (IAFT-1715): Duly filled with dates of departure, arrival, family members travelling, and distance in km.
- Original GST Tax Invoice: Must clearly print the relocation company's registered GSTIN, SAC Code 9965, officer's Rank, Name, Service Number, and posting stations.
- Consignment Note / Lorry Receipt (Bilty/LR): Stamped driver bilty with container truck registration number, gross weight, and dispatch checkposts.
- Itemized Household Packing Inventory: Numbered list of all furniture cartons, appliances, and crates stamped by the mover.
- Official Money / Cash Receipt: Receipt confirming 100% payment receipt bearing an affixed Revenue Stamp.
